After the success in Mexico, our entrance into the United States is spearheaded by the timely production of specialty cheeses like Camembert and Brie, followed by the production of semi-soft cheeses like Gouda and Edam, as well as the construction of a plant for transforming the whey obtained from the cheese-making process.
